I. DESCRIPTION OF THE PURCHASE
The investment implementation option, according to the "Technical Execution Project" for the construction of the photovoltaic power plant with a capacity of 5 MW and the storage installation of 1 MW / 2 MWh, on the ground
II. ESTIMATED VALUE OF THE PROCUREMENT:
17.524.555,00 lei (VAT excluded)
III. TYPE OF PROCEDURE APPLIED
"Competitive procedure" and is carried out in accordance with the provisions of Order No. 1561 of October 30, 2024 - "Order of the Minister of Energy for the approval of the Methodological Guide on the working method for private beneficiaries financed from the Modernization Fund, who are not obliged to comply with the legal provisions applicable in the field of public / sectoral procurement."
