Project Manager

The position involves strategic planning, coordinating resources, monitoring progress and ensuring the achievement of set objectives. You will collaborate with team members and other departments in the organization to ensure alignment with overall goals and address any obstacles or issues that arise along the way.

Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Study the documentation (specifications, data sheets, plans, technical memorandum) submitted by the beneficiary
  • Plan the execution of the project
  • Participate in all negotiations with the client and subcontractors
  • Prepare specific project status reports
  • Project management (time, cost, resources, stakeholders, etc.)
  • Project risk management
  • Coordinates the execution team,
  • Checking and supporting the work reports to the client
  • Checking and approving work statements for subcontractors;
  • Follow-up of the state of settlement of works

 

REQUEST

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Technical higher education
  • Knowledge of software for estimates (INTELSOFT DEVIZ, WINDEV, WINDOC )
  • Knowledge of English
  • Good negotiator, positive attitude
  • Organised and attentive to details
  • PC operating knowledge - Microsoft Office
