Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and identify potential suppliers for electrical materials and equipment and service providers
- Negotiate quotations and contracts with suppliers of electrical materials and equipment
- Prepare and issue calls for tenders to suppliers of electrical materials and equipment and service providers
- Prepares, releases and tracks purchase orders for materials and equipment needed to implement projects and orders to service providers
- Participate in the audit, evaluation and selection of suppliers
- Execute framework contracts with main suppliers
- Maintains relations with suppliers to resolve routine situations
- Continuously update and expand the supplier database
- Draws up specific reports on purchases

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position (procurement)
- Technical higher education
- Knowledge of English
- Good negotiator, positive attitude
- Organised and attentive to details
- PC operating knowledge - Microsoft Office
